1.On March 2, 2021, Lt. Supawadee Tubglam was invited to be a panel speaker on the Free Webinar Session topic “Quality Education in Nursing: the New Normal,” organized by the Faculty of Nursing, PICOMS International University College, Malaysia.
2.Lt. Supawadee Tubglam received two awards from her invention:
– The Geneva Silver Medal and Diploma from Infant Respiratory Care–Simulation for Nursing Education in the category of medicine at The 48th International Exhibition of Invention of Geneva 2021 (SPECIAL EDITION 2021 Inventions Geneva Evaluation Days Virtual Event) Geneva, Switzerland on March 10-14, 2021.
– The Archimedes Gold Medal from Baby Automatic Posture Gyro V.2 in the category of medicine at the XXIV Moscow International Salon of Inventions and Innovative Technologies (ARCHIMEDES-2021) Moscow, Russia on 23-26 March, 2021.
3.On March 16, 2021, the 1st International Online Conference on TU Health Science (ICTUHS) with the title “Challenges in Health Promotion and Innovation” was held between March 16 and 18, 2021 at Thammasat University, Thailand. Assoc. Prof. Gasinee Witoonchart, Rector, give an opening speech, and Prof. Dr. Lisa Pawloski, Associate Dean for International Programs at the University of Alabama, was invited to be a guest speaker on the topic “Nutrition Management and NCDs: A Global Perspective” at Thammasat University.
4.On March 18, 2021, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Teeranut Harnirattisai, Dean of the Faculty of Nursing at Thammasat University and four Deans from the Faculty of Health Sciences gave a special presentation topic, “Multidisciplinary Management of COVID-19 in Thailand” at the 1st International Online Conference on TU Science.
5.On April 23, 2021, Professor Alicia K. Matthews from the College of Nursing, the Department of Health Systems Science at the University of Illinois at Chicago, USA, give a special lecture on the research topic, “Project Mapping: How to Outline Your Research Project” via a Zoom online meeting.
6.On May 21, 2021, Professor Alicia K. Matthews from the College of Nursing, the Department of Health Systems Science at the University of Illinois at Chicago give a special lecture on the research topic “Grant Applications: Preparation and Evaluation” via a Zoom online meeting.
7.On June 25, 2021, Professor Alicia K. Matthews from the College of Nursing, Department of Health Systems Science at the University of Illinois at Chicago give a special lecture on the research topic, “Community-based Research: Key Principles and Strategies” via a Zoom online meeting.
8.On July 22, 2021, the Faculty of Nursing at Thammasat University organized a knowledge sharing program by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Teeranut Harnirattisai, Dean and the administrative teams with Professor Dr. Nai-Ying Ko, Director from the Department of Nursing, National Cheng Kung University, Taiwan on the topic “Strategies for Achieving QS Ranking: Research Publication and Citation.” Dean Teeranut also presented the topic, “Goals and – Direction of the Faculty of Nursing” via a Zoom online meeting.
9.On August 6, 2021, Professor Alicia K. Matthews from the College of Nursing in the Department of Health Systems Science at the University of Illinois at Chicago give a special lecture on the research topic “Mixed-methods Research: A Guide to a Field” via a Zom online meeting.
10.Between the 10th and 11th of August, 2021, the Faculty of Nursing at Thammasat University welcomed faculty and students from the Faculty of Heath Care and Nursing at Juntendo University, the Department of Nursing, the Department of Medicine and Department of Healthcare Informatics at Takasaki University of Health and Welfare in Japan, and the College of Nursing at the University of Illinois at Chicago to join the “Online Academic Exchange Program 2021,” facilitated by the Faculty of Nursing at Thammasat University in order to learn about healthcare and nursing in Thailand, Japan, and the U.S. from lecturers from the Faculty of Nursing, the Faculty of Medicine, and Thammasat University Hospital; other exchange activities included Thai, Japanese, and U.S. nursing students.
11.On September 3, 2021, Professor Alicia K. Matthews from the College of Nursing in the Department of Health Systems Science at the University of Illinois at Chicago give a special lecture on the research topic, “Nursing Intervention: Development, Evaluation, and Implementation” via a Zoom online meeting.
12.Lt. Supawadee Tubglam was chosen to be a judge to evaluate the submissions to the International EUREKA Innovation Exhibition 2021 (i-EIE) organized by the Universiti Kuala Lumpur Malaysian Spanish Institute (UniKL MSI). The competition was held between September 6 and October 8, 2021.
13.On 25-27 October, 2021, Lt. Supawadee Tubglam was invited to present an invention in an online invention show: the “15th International Warsaw Invention Show IWIS 2021,” organized by the Association of Polish Inventors and Rationalizers in Poland. She received two awards from her invention: a gold medal for the AI Automatic Baby Posture Gyro in the category of medicine and biotechnology, and a silver medal for Self-Recovery after Breast Surgery Set in the category medicine and biotechnology.
